Costermans is established in the historical area of Brussels called Sablon since 1839. The gallery is located in the historical monument and Hôtel Particulier known as Hôtel du Chastel de la Howarderie and built around 1780. Today Arnaud Jaspar Costermans the sixth generation of antique dealers in his family, specializes in precious european furniture and decorative Arts from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. With Cédric Pelgrims de Bigard he developed a new branch in the gallery, focused on important old masters paintings from flemish and dutch famous artists of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Costermans offers to the visitor a wide range of artworks selected with the taste and professionalism of a family of members of the Royal Belgian Chamber of Antiques and Fine Art Dealers and self-affiliated to the CINOA since 1947.
